Client Service Representative

Chelsea is a dedicated CSR, handling client greetings, appointment scheduling, and communication about pet care. She loves the family-like atmosphere at the hospital and the support everyone provides each other throughout the day. Inspired by her two dogs, Baby and Doobie, Chelsea pursued an AA in veterinary technology at Carrington College. While she has worked as a Kennel Assistant and Vet Tech, her favorite role has been CSR, where she enjoys connecting with clients and ensuring smooth hospital operations. Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys baking, cooking (especially chicken parm), and is passionate about learning American Sign Language, a skill she developed due to some regained hearing loss.
